As a Seven Point Operating Partner, Graham served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of The RiteScreen Company, LLC from January 2020 through September 2021. During his tenure at RiteScreen, Graham drove significant operational improvements throughout all aspects of the business. Prior to joining RiteScreen, Graham was a senior operating partner at American Industrial Partners for 21 years. He has spent his career solving strategic, financial, and operational issues within businesses that manufacture highly-engineered industrial products. Graham’s leadership has enabled transformative change in the efficiency and profitability of those enterprises.
While at American Industrial Partners, Graham served as lead operating partner and developed the operating strategies for Collins Bus, Wheeled Coach (US Ambulance), Capacity Trucks, E-One, Fleetwood RV, Sequa Can (merged into Stolle Machinery), Micropoise, Brooks Instrument, MarkAndy, Heil Trailer, Ascent Aerospace, CarlStar, Optimas, and Gerber Technology.
Earlier in his career, Graham spent ten years in operations management and engineering positions at Hughes Aircraft, Varian Associates, and Watkins-Johnson Company.
Graham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University and three master’s degrees from Stanford University, including a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration degree.
