Chris retired as the Chief Executive Officer of The RiteScreen Company, LLC in 2025, after leading the successful acquisition of Flexscreen and accelerating RiteScreen’s digital and e-commerce business development initiatives. Prior to joining RiteScreen in September 2021, Chris was the Chief Executive Officer of DreamLine, the largest shower enclosure company in North America. He was recruited to Dreamline in 2019 by its private equity owner to transform the company, expand its e-commerce presence, and complete strategic acquisitions. DreamLine acquired Arizona Shower Door in August 2019. After successfully integrating Arizona Shower Door and rapidly expanding the company’s e-commerce sales channel, Chris led the sale of DreamLine to American Bath Group and Centerbridge Partners.
Before joining DreamLine in 2019, Chris held Chief Executive Officer positions for several private equity-owned building products businesses. During each of these CEO roles, Chris significantly improved profitability metrics and unlocked material shareholder value. Prior to these positions, Chris held various roles of increasing responsibility at Masco Corporation for nearly 20 years, including President/GM roles at Cobra Products, American Shower and Bath, and Masco Bath. Chris began his career in the aerospace industry, spending nine years with Boeing.
Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Business Administration degree from the City University of Seattle, and he attended a senior executive education program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
