Matt is the fractional Chief Financial Officer of Seven Point Equity Partners and leads the firm's back-office accounting functions. Matt serves Seven Point alongside his team at 4Pines Fund Services. He has 20 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance across manufacturing, software, and financial services businesses.

Since joining 4Pines, Matt has built the Management Company services practice from the ground up, growing it into a core offering serving fund managers across the private capital spectrum. He has expanded the firm's scope beyond management company accounting into fund-level accounting, investor reporting, and outsourced CFO advisory for general partners. Matt also leads 4Pines' technology strategy, including the development of the firm's client collaboration platform, which consolidates accounting, reporting, and document workflows into a single system of record for clients.

Prior to joining 4Pines, Matt was Vice President of Finance at Kris-Tech Wire, a family-owned copper wire manufacturer, where he served on the Executive Committee and was responsible for finance, human resources, and technology. Before Kris-Tech, Matt was Chief Accounting Officer of Par Technology, a publicly traded New York-based hardware, software, and services company, and a member of its Executive Committee. He spent the earlier part of his career in public accounting and leading finance teams at publicly traded companies.

Matt holds a B.A. in Accounting from Binghamton University.
