
Tom Burchill
Managing Partner
Tom is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Seven Point Equity Partners. He is responsible for all aspects of Seven Point’s business and sits on the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to founding Seven Point, Tom was an Advisory Director at Investcorp, an international private equity firm with offices in New York and London. Previously, he was the Senior Managing Partner of investments at SCIP Capital Management. Earlier, he held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America in their acquisition and leveraged finance groups in New York and London, and prior to that was an associate with Chemical Venture Partners/Chase Capital and Chase’s leveraged finance group.
Tom earned his Masters in Management degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was a Fetzer Scholar, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of the Holy Cross.
Tom is on the boards of FlexScreen/RiteScreen and Asperion Aerospace.

Origin: Tom was born on the Newport, RI naval base, and raised on Long Island
Passions: Family, philanthropic endeavors, cycling, swimming, travel and great food
Accomplishments: Father of seven children, masters rowing world champion, several time US national champion, competed in half Ironman triathlon world championships
Favorite Travel Experiences: Too many to select a few, but the best were either near great wine vineyards or off the grid adventures
